one of those colours suited to any occasion, that supposedly makes the wearer look thinner too.

COS long mesh shirt £59
river island buckle cut out boots
ACNE oxide nappa clutch £180
warehouse faux leather leggings £38
asos black buckle leather belt £12
rayban wayfarer sunglasses (via asos) £120
topshop bikini (top/bottoms) £25
monki osanna top £8

there's some, or plenty, of us (like me) who always get drawn to black everything; shoes, bags, coats, you name it. it's just a habit that's hard to break.

it's the perfect colour if you ask me; goes with everything, keeps things simple, elegant and timeless. so, how can you go wrong? (you can't.) some of you may disagree and prefer bold prints or colours but, at the moment i really love simple, plain and minimal outfits.

we regularly see celebrities like alexa chung, olivia palermo, kate moss and ellie goulding going for the all black look, so why shouldn't we?

why not give it a go? what do you think of black on black?

  2. I adore wearing black on black with gold accessories, but I had to change it up a bit since summer started :) I love the cut out boots and the sheer tops, I literally throw my black sheer shirt over anything to tone it down a little!

  3. Love that topshop bikini, black is my favourite colour, you can never go wrong with black ever!

p.s. If your interested, I've nominated you for a Leibster Award, you can find all the details at my blog here.. http://baroqueetroll.blogspot.co.uk/2013/08/leibster-award.html
